Our aim is to give all our class participants a good grounding in Pilates and help you enjoy your experience. As such, prior to joining a class a minimum of 1 private lesson is required for all new class members, particularly those of you with no Pilates experience.
Bay Roskill has a great Intro package for new attendees and we are more than happy to discuss your goals and options with you. This ensures we help you feel comfortable, confident and most importantly safe, while working to your own experience level within a mixed level class.
